    Here you will find answers to the most important questions about starting your training – from working hours and school to chances of being taken on permanently.
    What happens on the first day of training?
    On the first day, you will get to know your team, your trainer and your workplace. You will also receive safety instructions and work clothes, and we will take care of all organisational matters together.
    What are the working hours for trainees?
    Our regular working hours are based on normal business hours. You will receive detailed information in your training contract or from your trainer, as these may vary slightly depending on the department.
    Will I be provided with work clothes?
    Yes. We will provide you with work clothes and personal protective equipment (PPE). These will be provided or replaced on a regular basis.
    How is vocational school integrated?
    Depending on your profession, you will attend vocational school or block lessons once or twice a week. You will receive the exact schedules from your school or your trainer.
    Is there a chance of being taken on after the training?
    Yes! We train for our own needs and are generally interested in long-term cooperation if performance, commitment and team spirit are right.
    Who do I contact if I have problems or questions?
    Firstly, your trainer or team leader. Our management is also always available to listen. You are not alone with us – team spirit is very important to us.
    How is the training assessed?
    Through practical work, vocational school grades, feedback discussions and interim exams. We accompany you closely through all steps.
    Can I obtain additional qualifications?
    Yes! Depending on the area, we support, for example, welding courses, forklift licence, special electrical or hydraulic training.
    What is the remuneration like?
    The training remuneration is based on our company regulations and is specified in the contract.
    What qualities should I have for the training programme?
    Team spirit, an interest in technology, manual dexterity and reliability. You will learn everything else with us.
