Suction conveying

Suction. Transport. Separation.
In suction conveying, a vacuum generator is used to create negative pressure in the conveying container and in the conveying line. This negative pressure generates a directed air flow that flows from the material source to the conveying system.

This ensures that the bulk material is reliably picked up from a suction box, suction pot or suction lance and transported to the cyclone separator. The cyclone separator is positioned directly on the downstream part of the system to which the material is to be conveyed.

Vacuum conveying enables clean, flexible and efficient material transport and is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
