To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed apprentices to train as industrial electricians (m/f/d) starting on 1 August.

Schapen 3,5 Years Start: 1 August each year

Your tasks during the apprenticeship:

  • Installation, maintenance and commissioning of electrical systems and machines
  • Wiring of control systems and switch cabinets
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults
  • Participation in projects in the field of automation and energy supply
  • Familiarisation with the entire production and assembly processes

Your qualifications:

  • A good secondary school leaving certificate (an interest in technology is an advantage)
  • An interest in electrical engineering, mechanics and plant control
  • Care, manual dexterity and the ability to work in a team
  • Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility

Here, we answer the most frequently asked questions about applying, starting your career, and day-to-day work at Eichholz—clearly, transparently, and to the point.
1. How much practical experience will I gain during my training?

A large part of your training will take place directly in our workshop and in the assembly department. You will work on real systems and learn step by step how to install, wire and commission electrical components. This will give you a very practical insight into your future profession right from the start.

2. Will I also work with other trades?

Yes, regularly. As an industrial electrician, you will work closely with our mechatronics engineers, mechanics and design engineers. This will help you to understand the entire system and make your training varied and versatile.
